Do I have to register/log-in to use the "Custom Calling" mode of IP-RELAY.com?
In order for us to remember your personal preferences such as Phonebook and Speed Text, you must register at least once. If you choose the check box on the Login Page that asks, "Remember login preferences on this computer," your password will be stored on that computer and you will not be required to login again. If you use a different computer you must repeat login again.

If I have registered with "Personalized" mode do I need to register again?
No, you can use the same username and password.

How do I reach a Spanish operator? /Cómo me comunico con una operadora en Español?
Type 'Spanish Operator' and wait for the Operator to respond. When the operator responds, type the number you wish to dial. /Escriba "Operadora en Español" y espere que la operadora le responda. Cuando la operadora responde, escriba el número que usted desea discar.

What do you do with my Email address when I register for the "Custom Calling" mode of IP-RELAY.com?
Your email address is stored in our database so that we may contact you if necessary. If you lose your password we will use this information to send it to you again. We will not share your email address with anyone else.

What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your password go to the retrieve (http://www.ip-relay.com/retrieve.html) password page and insert your user ID. A copy of your password will be sent to your registered email address.

Why has the call window changed for "Custom Calling"?
We have updated the java applet so that it loads quicker and offers more functionality. Bringing this together has resulted in a new call window.

I typed in my phone numbers and "speed text" yet it didn't save them, why?
You must log in to the "Custom Calling" mode in order to save your phone book and "speed text" inputs.

How is "Custom Calling" different than "Call Now"?
"Custom Calling" allows you to personalize your call window with background colors, font sizes and font colors, a phonebook and text that you can access later for use in a call.

Do I have to download anything?
To use "Custom Calling" you will need to download a 150k applet. The web site will either prompt or do it automatically based on your settings.

Why does a window pop up when I select "Custom Calling"?
Because "Custom Calling" is on a secure server for your privacy, a secure certificate will pop up. You may either accept it and make the call or deny and not make the call.
